Jackie is married to Don and they have 3 sons. Jackie is an experienced fundraiser for over 20 years with a proven record of success.
She has served as the interim Vice President of The Scarborough General Hospital Foundation, Special Event Consultant for The Toronto East General hospital, Director of Development of The Laughlen Centre and President/Executive Director of The Don Mills Foundation for Seniors.
As President of J. C. Davies & Associates, her client list includes 7 years with The Salvation Army as their Executive Co-ordinator, Manager of Major Gifts and Capital Campaign Consultant to Women’s Services, Easter Seals, Canadian Landmines Foundation, Camp Oochigeas and many other charitable organizations.
As a member of the Toronto Rotary Club and recipient of the coveted William Peace & Paul Harris Awards, Jackie has served on the club’s Board of Directors, Chaired their Healthy Beginnings program which provides counselling and assistance to young mothers and their children and as Chairperson of Chill Out providing assistance to Toronto’s homeless and unemployed. As a Rotarian, she has traveled to Africa several times to serve as a teacher, fundraiser and often labourer building schools, digging wells and performing other “sweat equity” roles with her fellow Rotarians.
