As I am finishing up my time with TCM, I must say that one word stands out to me about my past five years of involvement in different roles and at different locations around the city: relationships.

For months, we have been praying for more opportunities to share about God with our kids outside of the structured Bible lessons. And all of a sudden, this prayer is being answered in... 

“I saw your video!”

I halted, and turned to the child from our programs, “Which video?”

While there are fancy new condos going up in this area, cockroaches, crime scenes, and crude behaviour is the reality for many living in lower-income areas of Toronto.
