Appeal for The Toronto City Mission Summer Outings

Excerpt from the appeal:
To many a family, camping is unavailable as it takes more than they have to supply the bare necessities for shelter and food for their children. This is why, as pioneers of Fresh Air Outings in Toronto fro the poor and needy, The Toronto City Mission has, since 1894 given FREE holidays to those, who, because of humble circumstances, have not been permitted he happy experience of enjoying the fields and woods, the lake and cree and the wonders of the open country. 

Letter from one of our boys:
"I like camp because of hikes, swimming, baseball, craft, and I like the counsellors too."

Letter from one of our girls:
"I like camp because it is a Christian camp. And you can give your heart to Jesus if you haven't done it. We have lots of nice foods and milk every day."
