Run for TCM is more than a race— it is a movement
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, a marathon is the moment when months of training and perseverance finally bear fruit. It is the small personal victories, like beating your own records, that empower you to keep running, aim higher, and ultimately cross the finish line. At TCM, we hope to bring this momentum and empowerment to the lives of children and youth impacted by poverty.
Run for TCM is a wonderful opportunity for supporters to run together and raise funds for our preventative programs for children and families impacted by poverty. The journey out of poverty can feel like an uphill marathon, but with your support, we can help children and youth overcome challenges by providing meaningful, long-term support.

Where your impact goes
TCM serves three communities in Toronto— Don Valley Village, Jesse Ketchum, and Orton Park, by providing preventive programs, Kids in Community (KIC), and Education Provided in Community (EPIC) free of charge. These programs offer after-school activities, free tutoring, and mentoring from positive role models to equip children and youth with essential life skills, supporting them academically and socially.
This year, our goal is to raise $13,000 so 37 children impacted by poverty can attend our preventive programs for free.
