Sometimes kids provide an amazing model of forgiveness. One of the kids at our KIC program said something that upset his friend a lot As a result his friend was really upset, didn't want to talk to him, didn't want to sit near him and didn't want to be involved with him at all. While it seemed like it would take some time for the problem to be resolved probably about 10 minutes later they were already playing games together and laughing with one another and the rest of their friends.
It is really refreshing to see how the kids at KIC can show grace to one another and have friendships that help them to move on from times that they upset one another. Situations like these are another way that I feel like I witness God's presence at our programs.
