Whenever we go on outings, I always make sure a staff is always the first one to walk before the children. If there is a car coming, the leader will make sure we are safe, if there is broken glass, the leader warns everyone about sharp objects ahead and the staff always comes prepared wherever we go.
We go first and travel the path before the children, so harm doesn’t befall on them.
God is just like that. No matter what journey we are going on, God is always ahead of us. God knows where we need to go and He paves our road. Whenever there are trials in life, God is there to guide us through it. He sees the way.
God is a God who takes care of us, even at times when we feel alone. God is always there, and we can trust Him. We can leave our worries to Him, so we can worry less.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
Whenever we are doing His will, God will always make sure He takes care of us.
This summer, God paved the road for our summer camp.
Every Wednesday, we would travel to the public pool to line up for swimming. The children would be anxious of other camps getting there before us and not being able to swim. God answered our prayers and we found favour with the lifeguards and we were always guaranteed swimming time on Wednesdays!
From finding a public pool for the camp to swim on Wednesdays, to providing us sunshine whenever we needed to be outside and providing a summer team who was passionate about sharing the Gospel. God works in wonders and we should not forget we can leave all our worries to Him.
